I was originally thinking that in Vegas, you had to be in the hand on the river to ask to see the loser's cards. But it might be anyone can. You just don't see it very often. I understand the reason for it but the one time it was used against me no one could have possibly thought I was colluding with anyone and they just wanted to see what I was playing since I had played so few hands.
